Registration

You must check in at Registration before attending the program. You will receive an email with a barcode for use at express check-in counters. Please be prepared to show one form of government-issued photo identification.

Travel ID

Do you have a REAL ID? Beginning May 7, 2025, you will need a state-issued REAL ID-compliant license or IF card or another acceptable for of ID (such as a passport), to fly within the U.S.

Dietary Requests and Special Services

Dietary requests made within two weeks from event start date cannot be guaranteed. By requesting a dietary meal and indicating the meal functions you will be attending, you confirm that you will be eating your dietary meal purchased by PayrollOrg on your behalf. There is no additional charge for the dietary meal(s), unless you elect not to eat it, fail to pick up the dietary meal, or eat a regular attendee meal in its place. In any of these instances, you will be invoiced $50 for each dietary meal that you ordered. Dietary requests will be limited and will not be honored onsite.

Workshops

You should have received an email with instructions on how to make your workshop selections. As you select your workshops, be sure to select all luncheons and events that you will be attending to ensure you are properly accommodated. Please print a copy of your selections to bring with you to Payroll Congress; printers will not be available on site.

Workshop Handouts

You will receive an email with a link to preview all handouts prior to attending Payroll Congress. If you wish, you may print or download handouts for your workshops to take with you to the conference. Printers will not be provided on site to print handouts.

Credit Information

Recertification Credit Hours (RCHs) for those who hold the FPC or CPP designations will be awarded based on final workshop selection. You can make edits to your workshop selection before, during, and up to 30 days after the event. Once you complete the overall Payroll Congress evaluation, a link will appear to download or print your conference Thank You Letter. Your conference Thank You Letter will reflect the total number of RCHs you earned based on your final workshop selection. Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits are for those who are Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and will be awarded based on the total number of daily workshop evaluations completed using the six-digit workshop specific codes given throughout the conference. CPE certificates will be emailed 6-8 weeks after Payroll Congress. For more credit information, please visit the link printed on the back of your Payroll Congress badge.

Conference Evaluations

A Payroll Congress evaluation email will be sent a week after the event and will allow you to provide feedback concerning the overall event. Please complete all evaluations. Your feedback helps us ensure that Payroll Congress continues to provide you with a quality educational experience.

Use this important onsite resource—both in print and online at CongressToday.org—for your Payroll Congress news and highlights.

Volunteering at the Conference

If you are interested in volunteering to help with various Payroll Congress activities, please contact Marisa Huerta. Some of the activities include helping at the registration counters, holding doors before general sessions, and other events. Please send her an email and once the list of activities is finalized, she will contact you with times and days of activities.

Dress Code

The dress code for the entire conference is “business casual.” A jacket or sweater is recommended, as temperatures may vary in the conference rooms.
