The conference app is a “one stop” for attendees to find all information from schedule, sessions, speakers, and exhibitors in one location. Brand the event’s official conference app with your company’s logo on the welcome page of the Conference App. You will also receive a company banner ad on the home page. Includes a redirect to a URL of your choice.
Tuesday Expo Grand Opening – $30,000
Be the highlighted sponsor of our exciting Expo Grand Opening! Bartenders can wear your sponsor logo shirts, we will provide sponsor logo gobos, signage, and more. Appetizers will also be served. As the sponsor you will be given 150 drink tickets to pass out during the evening.
Platinum Level Sponsorships ($24,000 – $29,999)
Exclusive Payroll Congress Branded Water Bottle – $29,000
Every attendee will receive a premium water bottle at Check-In, featuring your logo prominently displayed on a reusable design. This attendee favorite ensures ongoing brand visibility both during and long after the event.
Payroll Congress Meet and Greet Reception – $25,000
Join us to celebrate a kick-off to the conference week. Networking at its best! Optional, the sponsor can provide door prizes or attendee giveaways.
Congress Today Show Daily – $25,000
This sponsorship gives you the exclusive back cover ad on all three printed issues on site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday that reaches all attendees and exhibitors. In addition, the sponsor receives a digital banner special placement in the online magazine along with the opportunity to write a guest blog post article on each conference day. A daily email will also include your one-time sponsor text, which goes out to more than 32,000 attendees and non-attendees and links directly back to the online magazine.
Relaxation Station – $25, 000
Give attendees a place to unwind and relieve their sore, achy feet by sponsoring the branded Relaxation Station in the Expo. This sponsorship opportunity allows you to showcase your company and message in an unavoidable way by theming one of the event’s popular attendee destinations. Optional: each attendee can receive your sponsor-branded ticket at your booth or at the conference check-in.
Global Reception – $25,000
Be highlighted as the exclusive sponsor of this popular gathering where the global payroll community has their chance to catch up on PAYO’s efforts while mingling with fellow colleagues in the global payroll space. The sponsorship includes your logo on napkins, plus signage during the Global Reception.
Conference Photography – $25,000
As the official photography sponsor, your brand will be prominently featured across all event photos, ensuring lasting visibility. This year, the photographers will utilize a new facial matching application, allowing attendees to receive their photos directly on their phones. Your company’s logo will be prominently featured as attendees update their professional headshots, ensuring ongoing exposure both during and after the event as participants share their new photos on social media and professional networks.
Silver Level Sponsorships ($10,000 – $16,999)
Expo Aisle Signs – $10,000
Increase your brand awareness and visibility as the exclusive sponsor of the Expo Aisle Signs. Attendees rely on these banners to navigate the hall, making the signs a great way to reach the most Expo visitors. Your company logo and booth number will be displayed at the bottom of each aisle sign.
Chapter Exchange Reception – $10,000
Come support the profession and dedication while your company’s staff network with chapter leaders from more than 120 chapters across the nation as they celebrate their Annual Chapter Awards Ceremony. Attendees will receive a customized branded giveaway, in addition to door prize(s) your company provides. As the sponsor you will be given 150 drink tickets to pass out during the evening.

Room Drop – $15,000
Have your supplied flyer/postcard or small item delivered on Wednesday to each attendee’s room at the Gaylord Palms.
Drink Tickets – $10,000
Every attendee will want these! Have your logo branded on 300 beverage tickets that you can hand out from your booth to use at the Expo Cocktail Receptions on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Private Expo Meeting Room – $10,000
13×20 room with a door, furnished meeting table, and six chairs. An additional set-up is available upon request and not included in cost. Room locations will be towards the back of the Expo.
Private Room Expo Demo Session – $6,000
This 20×30 hard-wall room, located on the Expo floor, is available for exclusive use and is equipped with 25 chairs and electrical service. You may schedule a demonstration session lasting up to 45 minutes. Schedule selection days and times to come.
Open Theater Expo Demo Session – $6,000
Located on the Expo floor where you can showcase your product or service an open-theater setting. Your demo session can be up to 45 minutes. Schedule selection days and times to come.

Maximize your on-site exposure and get your message into attendees’ hands by providing a single page, promotional flyer/postcard or small item that will be placed inside every conference bag that attendees receive at Check-In.
