Event Policies

Please read our event policies which include a Code of Conduct and an Attendee Liability and Waiver of Claims.

Event Agenda

Before you hit the road, don’t forget to check the agenda so you can make the most of everything we’ve got in store.

Registration

You must check in at Registration before attending the program. You will receive an email with a barcode for use at express check-in counters. Please be prepared to show one form of government-issued photo identification.

Dress Code

The dress code for the entire conference is “business casual.” A jacket or sweater is recommended, as temperatures may vary in the conference rooms.

International Travelers

Please remember to check your passports as they must be valid for at least six months beyond the date of entry into the US.

Workshop Selections

You will receive an email with instructions on how to make your workshop selections. As you select your workshops, be sure to select all the lunches and events that you will be attending to ensure you are properly accommodated. Please print a copy of your selections to bring with you to Payroll Congress; printers will not be available on site.

Workshop Handouts

You will receive an email with a link to preview all handouts prior to attending Payroll Congress. If you wish, you can print or download handouts for your workshops to take with you to the conference. Printers will not be provided on site to print handouts.

Volunteering at the Conference

If you are interested in volunteering to help with various Payroll Congress activities, please contact Marisa Huerta. Some of the activities include helping at the registration counters, holding doors before general sessions, and other events. Please send her an email and once the list of activities is finalized, she will contact you with times and days of activities.

Congress Today

Visit Congress Today Online and subscribe now to the show daily magazine, so you don’t miss the latest conference news. There will also be special print issues of Congress Today throughout the conference center on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings, with added resources like daily agendas, the exhibitor directory, maps, photos, and more.

Orientation

Join PAYO’s Education Team as they give you the inside scoop on this year’s Payroll Congress and answer your questions live. All Congress attendees are automatically registered for this free event held on Thursday, May 7th at 3 p.m. ET. Save the date and be on the lookout for reminder and access emails from PAYO.

Virtual Orientation

First-time and returning Payroll Congress attendees are invited to join this interactive session on 5/7 from 3-4pm ET that provides a preview of Payroll Congress and insider tips on how to get the most from the event. All registered Payroll Congress attendees are automaticaly registered for this virtual event, so save the date on your calendar and be on the lookout for login links and other details from PAYO.

Evaluations

An email will be sent a week after the event and will allow you to provide feedback concerning the overall event. Please complete all evaluations.

Dietary Requests

If you have one of the following dietary needs and did not select it during registration, please contact Customer Service at 210‑224‑6406: Dairy Allergy, Gluten Free, Halal, Kosher, Peanut Allergy, Shellfish Allergy, Vegan, or Vegetarian.

Dietary requests made within two weeks from the event start date cannot be guaranteed.

By requesting a dietary meal and indicating the meal functions you will be attending, you confirm that you will be eating your dietary meal purchased by PayrollOrg on your behalf. There is no additional charge for the detarry meal(s), unless you elect not to eat it, fail to pick up the dietary meal, or eat a regular attendee meal in its place. In any of these instances, you will be invoiced $50 for each dietary meail that you ordered.

Dietary requests will be limited and will not be honored onsite.

Meet and Greet

Make plans to attend this kick-off social event on Tuesday morning to reunite with payroll peers and make new connections. There will be coffee, door prizes, and guided networking for first-timers!

Party

Make plans to attend FÊTE! Speakeasy, the Payroll Congress party sponsored by Experian, on Wednesday evening for drinks, dancing, and games! Guests of attendees are welcome to join the fun with a ticket purchased in advance at Registration.

Citation of Merit Photos

PayrollOrg volunteers are invited to take a commemorative photo with Executive Director, Dan Maddux, and PAYO President, Jim Medlock, CPP, in the Expo on Thursday between 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
